In signing and submitting this application form you are permitting ACE to circulate your material to its consultants and advisers, on the understanding that all material submitted by you and any related information will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.

If selected, your contact details and information on the project will be printed as part of the workshop handbook. Contact information and your slate will be available on the private ACE Producers Database – a secure database which can only be accessed by members of the ACE network and selected consultants. You will receive an account which will allow you to edit this information whenever you wish.

Producers participating in the ACE Annual Programme will be required to pay a fee of €7.000. This amount covers all the training and networking activities as well as accommodation and meals during the workshops and Annual Reunion. It does not include travel costs. The fee is payable in three instalments, as stated in the contract.
• 1st instalment: payable two weeks after the selection and upon signature of the contract
• 2nd instalment: payable at the latest on 1st November 2025
• 3rd instalment: payable at the latest on 1st February 2026

The application fee is 120€ excluding taxes. For Dutch applicants or EU applicants without a VAT number, the 21% VAT will be added to the application fee. The fee including VAT is: 145,20€.

Once we have received your payment you will be sent an invoice, and your application form will be submitted to the selection committee.
